If you do not see the newsletter in your inbox be sure to check your junk, spam, promotions, and trash folders. Gmail users, often our newsletters are filtered into your “Promotion’s” folder. Other reasons you may not see your newsletter include the following:
*You accidentally marked it important, deleted it or marked as spam. Be sure to check your trash since emails can be deleted inadvertently with just one “click.” Please note: If accidentally marked as spam it most likely will go straight to spam in the future unless it's unmarked as spam.
*Email account is too full email so newsletter bounced as non-deliverable
To ensure prompt newsletter delivery please add customerservice@primrosecottageshop to your contacts to ensure future newsletters reach you! You can also search your email with this email address to find newsletters. Please reach out and we can do our best to help if you still need assistance.
The PDF file will be Emailed to the Email address that is associated to your order. It may take up to 60 minutes after purchase for the email to come thru. Be sure to check your spam, junk, and promotions folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
We are unable to make any changes to an order once it is placed.
Please use your USPS tracking number from your order confirmation email to check the status of your shipment. At times we see USPS mark items as delivered and then it still takes another day or two to show up. Thanks for your patience. We ship paper patterns in flat first-class cardboard mailers which are not given a tracking number. Thanks for allowing up to 7-10 business days for your order to arrive before contacting customer service for additional help.
Fat quarter bundles and quilt kits are available in limited quantities and are available while supplies last. If an item you want is out of stock we are likely awaiting a shipment from our distributor. For all restocks and updates keep an eye on our newsletters and YouTube channel linked at the bottom of our homepage.

We show some love to our Stitching Newsletter subscribers every month by releasing a free cross stitch pattern on the first Thursday of every month, designed exclusively by Lindsey Weight. This chart is available to newsletter subscribers only. The following month the free pattern will be available for purchase on our website for those not subscribed to our newsletter.
Two weeks before the free pattern is released we will have kits to purchase on our website which include floss, and cross stitch cloth and some type of surprise goodie! A variety of cloth counts will be available to select within your kit.
The chart itself remains a mystery until the first Thursday of the Month. You’ll be ready to start stitching your free chart by the first Friday of the month! Copying and distribution of our patterns without written consent of Primrose Cottage Quilts is not permitted.

We show special appreciation to our Quilting Newsletter subscribers monthly by releasing a free pattern on the second Friday of each month, designed exclusively by Lindsey Weight. This pattern is free for our email subscribers only. Eventually we list this pattern on our website for those not subscribed to our newsletter.
Two weeks prior to releasing the pattern we will list the free pattern Friday kit on the website. The pattern is a mystery until the second Friday of the month. Patterns are usually table runner, topper size and suitable for a confident beginner. We do not offer the patterns for free for previous months. Copying and distribution of our patterns without written consent of Primrose Cottage Quilts is not permitted. *Please Note* You must be subscribed to our Quilting newsletter to receive the free pattern. Released seasonally - we try to do 3 - 4 boxes a year.
Includes a limited edition custom designed mug/tumbler/"Drinking Vessel", exclusive all new cross stitch patterns(s), required floss and finishing kit for pattern(s), additional custom created stickers, notions or other goodies that coordinate with the box theme. All items are limited edition and are only available while supplies last on a first come first serve basis. Cross Stitch Charts will be released at a later date.
