The PDF file will be Emailed to the Email address that is associated to your order. It may take up to 60 minutes after purchase for the email to come thru. Be sure to check your spam, junk, and promotions folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

We are unable to make any changes to an order once it is placed.

Please use your USPS tracking number to check the status of your shipment. Sometimes USPS marks items as delivered and then it still takes another day or two to show up. We ship patterns in flat first class cardboard mailers which are given a tracking number starting with two zeros. Please note this number will not pull up in USPS ground tracking. We appreciate your patience. Let us know if you have any other questions.

If an item you want is out of stock we are likely awaiting a shipment from our distributor. For all restocks and updates keep an eye on our newsletters and youtube channel linked at the bottom of this page.
