Wholesale Log In and Ordering Instructions

We are so excited to announce the launch of our new online ordering system!  Going forward we ask that wholesale customers use this new system to place your orders.  Please follow these step by step instructions to get started and place your orders!

1. Go to primrosecottageshop.com
2. Click on the person/login icon on the top right of the page
3. On the login page type in the email address that is associated with your account.
4. Click Continue - this will generate a code that is sent to your email address
5. Check your email for the code
6. Type the 6 digit code into the portal
1. We do not require passwords to log in - you will be logged in using the security code.
7. Once logged in you will be on your order history page, from here click on the Go To Store button on the top right of the page
8. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the webpage
9. Click on the Wholesale Quick Order Form link
10. You are now ready to build your order
11. Add items to your cart
12. Once you have added all of your items click on “View Cart” at the bottom of of the quick order form
13. Review your order for accuracy (you may also add a note to your order from the review page if needed.)
14. Click on Check Out
15. Fill out your shipping information
16. Click on Check Out
17. Double check your information is accurate!
1. If you do not see the Wholesale Discount Please DO NOT proceed with checkout. Please email us right away at:  Customer Service
18. Fill out your payment information
19. Click Pay Now
20. If your payment was successful, you will be directed to an order confirmation page
21. Your order is now being processed at our shop and will ship ASAP!

Reordering is a breeze! Once you are on the website primrosecottageshop.com  just scroll to the bottom of the page and click on  Wholesale Quick Order Form  to start your next order!
