Number Five is an elegant Victorian brick house on the banks of the Susquehanna River. My great, great aunt & uncle resided here. My uncle was a composer and they met while they were both attending the Boston Conservatory of Music. My aunt was from a wealthy family, so dinners at their home were very formal. While doing research for this series, I also learned that this home was home to the most notorious bootlegger in the area during prohibition!
